Also located on the ground floor of the property are one double bedroom with ensuite shower room, one twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a laundry room.
On the first floor level is located the spacious master bedroom with dressing area, ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub, and direct access to the balcony with beautiful views over the gardens and swimming pool. Also located on the first floor is a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom (bathtub) and with direct access to the balcony.
The spacious lower level comprises a spacious games room, a spectacular home cinema, a gymnasium with adjacent shower room room and an indoor golf practice area. On this level you will also find the 5th bedroom with double bed.
The exterior of Villa Amazonite features a large and private swimming pool which can be heated at an extra charge as well as a beautifully manicured garden with several terraces with shaded areas and a putting green. The various terraces are perfect for "al fresco" dining with a wonderful pergola and BBQ area with exterior fireplace. The garden of the property offers a high level of privacy to its guests.
