Also located on this level are 2 guests bedrooms suites (both bedrooms can be made as double or twins upon request), an office area, and a guest cloakroom.
The first floor of Villa Jadeite houses the spacious master bedroom with a kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom, small sitting area, and access to the lovely 1st-floor terrace with stairs leading to the swimming pool terrace. On this level are located 3 further guests bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (these can all be prepared as double or twins upon request).
The lower level of Villa Jadeite comprises the state-of-the-art cinema room, the well-equipped gym with access to a small outdoor living area, the garage, and the laundry area. An annex with a kitchenette, sofa-bed and small shower room is also located within the lower level of the property.
The exterior of Villa Jadeite includes a large swimming pool (20x8m), a jacuzzi, a small pond, a beautiful covered exterior dining area with gas barbecue, fridge, oven, and dishwasher as well a uniquely large and private garden with several terraces and shaded areas.
