Villa Valentinite is a superbly located villa in a much sought after area of the Quinta do Lago Resort close to all the local amenities, shopping, restaurants, golf courses, and the new Campus Sports Centre.
The villa is built in a charming, traditional Moorish style and is maintained to good standard throughout. The property is spread over 2 levels with five bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, four of which are on the ground floor, one of which is a young children bedroom with 2 bunk beds, and with the master bedroom suite occupying the entire upper level. The master suite has its own seating area, walk-in wardrobe and a large private terrace. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The spacious living area consists of a lounge, dining room and television "snug".
