Outside The villa is set on a large plot ( 5000 m2) , with high walls all fenced around the property. You can only enter through the 2 automatic gates. 
There are several outdoor shady terraces to enjoy the sunshine, mature planting with Olive trees, private large heated swimming pool, outside pool table area , golf putting greens, large entrance, 2 automatic security gates.
Covered barbeque area with one side  glass window for keeping the wind blowing in the barbeque area
 seperate gas bbq (beefeater) and also a normal woodfire bbq.
2 parking area's (one near the second wooden automatic gate, and one main parking area in front of the villa). 
The villa is eco friendly as there is a large ECO solarpanel in the garden, which rotates to the sun.

Coast/beach Praia da Falesia is a 5 minute drive away . It is a safe , clean, "blue flag" beach for families.
Restaurants and bars , shops and toilet facilities are available at the beach too. There are sun loungers for hire.
The Vilamoura marina with its exclusive yachts and shops and bars are a 5 min drive. 
Trafal beach is worth a visit with its new modern recently opened restaurant.


There are many courses within a short distance of the villa including the famous Vilamoura Old Course which is a 2 minute drive. The Portugal Masters is each year being held in Vilamoura Victoria golfcourse.
 Vilamoura Pinhal, Vilamoura Millenium, Vilamoura Laguna, Vilamoura Victoria (all are a 3/4 minute drive) 
Vale do lobo Royol and Vale do lobo Ocean (10 minute drive)
