The interior of Villa Fire Agate boasts a spacious and tastefully decorated ambiance, emanating a refined charm. Upon entry, guests are greeted by a grand hallway leading to a sophisticated living room equipped with a laser TV and Sonos speakers. French doors seamlessly connect the living space to the sprawling garden and pool area.

Adjacent to the living room is an open-plan area comprising a secondary living space with a laser TV and a well-appointed kitchen, complete with Siemens appliances. The kitchen features a central island with breakfast seating for five and an extendable dining table for six. It is equipped with modern amenities including a large induction plate, two dishwashers, two ovens, and two fridge/freezers, along with additional conveniences such as a Smeg coffee machine, toaster, blender, and a small wine cooler. The abundance of natural light floods the kitchen through large patio doors, providing easy access to the terrace area.

The ground floor also includes a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and shower on the left-hand side of the main hallway, while on the right-hand side, there is a cloakroom and another double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring a bath and shower.

A staircase leads to the first floor, where guests will find a spacious landing area opening onto an inner courtyard with a tennis table. On the left side of the landing, the master bedroom awaits, offering a Queen bed, a spacious bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower, and a dressing area, creating a bright and airy retreat. On the opposite side of the landing, another bedroom awaits with a TV, a double bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower and bath.

Descending to the lower level via the staircase from the ground floor, guests will find a cozy hallway leading to a twin bedroom with an ensuite shower. Additionally, this level houses a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

The exterior of Villa Fire Agate features a large terrace with ample sun loungers and umbrellas, along with a comfortable seating area and a swing chair. Electric awnings provide shade, while a covered terrace on the left side offers a dining table for ten, bench seating, sofa seating, and a bar area with stools, a Beef Eater gas BBQ, and three mini-fridges. Completing the outdoor amenities is a large heated swimming pool (14x5 m) with a water feature, with heating available at a supplementary cost. Access to the pool is facilitated by three steps.
