The villa boasts a private heated saltwater swimming pool (additional fee for heating) and a Jacuzzi (additional energy costs). For families with small children, the pool can be fenced off for safety. The expansive 6800m² (73,000 ft²) garden offers plenty of space to relax and play.

Modern amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property, air conditioning and heating in every room, and underfloor heating in two bedrooms. The fully furnished kitchen comes equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, mixer, and more. The pantry includes a washing machine, dryer, and an extra refrigerator.
