A grand staircase lead to the lower level of Villa Thalassa which comprises a light-filled spacious living room with large windows showcasing the magnificent views, a comfortable reading area with fireplace, a separate TV room, a guest cloakroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a separate pantry and a formal dining area with direct access to the covered outdoor dining and swimming pool areas. This level enjoys an underfloor Air-Cooling system (not air-conditioning) offering ambient air cooling in summer and underfloor heating when required. Exterior stairs located to the left of the kitchen lead to the separate laundry area with a corridor leading to the 5th bedroom suite.
