Entrance Level: Upon entering the villa through the well-appointed hallway, featuring a built-in wardrobe, you are welcomed into a contemporary living room adorned with warm and exotic elements, including a fireplace and flat-screen TV. To the left, an extra-large, fully equipped open-plan kitchen awaits, featuring a side-by-side fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, and toaster. The adjacent pantry and laundry area are equipped with washing and drying machines, as well as an iron and ironing board. The dining area, accommodating eight people, leads to an outdoor dining space, also for eight people, complete with a portable Big Green Egg barbecue. Enjoy the east and westward-facing terraces with captivating views of Salema and Sagres coastlines.
On the right side, a bedroom with a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, ocean views, and direct access to the terrace awaits. A shower room is conveniently located in front of the bedroom. The infinity pool, complemented by a fully furnished terrace and parasols, offers a breathtaking overlook of the coastline.

First Floor: The first floor hosts a master bedroom featuring a large double bed, panoramic sea views, flat-screen TV, an en-suite bathroom, and a separate dressing room. Additionally, two spacious bedrooms with double beds, flat-screen TVs, and separate shower rooms provide comfortable accommodation. All rooms on this level enjoy abundant natural light and access to a large terrace, offering panoramic views of the coastline and nearby Salema beach.
