Villa Amatrix

Villa Amatrix has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms of the highest standard.  As you enter the villa through the spacious entrance hall, there is a guest cloakroom and living area, with the large lounge and dining area.  Through a set of doors there is another separate sitting room with television and music.  Patio doors lead to the outdoor covered terraces and outdoor dining areas. This villa has a modern kitchen that is fully equipped and a breakfast area with TV.  On the lower level is a twin ensuite bedroom, and a double sofa bed with ensuite, which can be used as a study with a sofa instead. On the first floor are two more rooms consisting of the master suite with its own dressing area and another double ensuite bedroom.
