Villa Aquamarine

Villa Aquamarine is a magnificent and truly unique villa of contemporary design, located in a peaceful area of Vale do Garr�o, on a spacious 9500 m2 south-facing plot. Vale do Garr�o is ideally located near the Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo resorts, and only 800 meters from Anc�o and Garr�o beaches, the ideal location for unforgettable family holidays close to the golden beaches, golf courses, and restaurants.

The property's contemporary architecture was designed to bathe the entire house with sunlight throughout the day, with ideal south-facing exposure overlooking the magnificent garden and swimming pool. The main entrance of the villa is through an imposing wooden door that overlooks the garden and gives access to the bedrooms wing and the living area through a spacious light-filled corridor.

The spacious open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen are ideal for family entertaining. The living area has an open wood-burning fireplace at the full height of the wall, a Smart TV, SONOS sound system, snooker table, and sofa facing the outside area with its outdoor spacious leisure area with sofas, chairs and beanbags, coffee tables, and a football table. The dining area has a circular table for 12 people and a breakfast area in the kitchen with 5 stools. A glass wine cellar with an iron structure sets the living room from the kitchen area.

The modern kitchen has a polished pavement floor and is fully equipped with a side-by-side fridge, gas hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Behind the kitchen and with outdoor access, is the laundry area with a vertical freezer and a Siemens washing machine.  Located near the entrance of the property is a guest cloakroom with natural light and polished Portuguese "cal�ada" pavement.

The main house comprises 5 bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms.  The master suite has a king-size bed (180cm x 200m), Smart TV with Netflix, SONOS speaker, safe, large bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower with access to a terrace with elliptical fitness machine, standing bath, toilet and bidet, dressing area and desk space.
The other bedrooms in this wing are as follows:
- Bedroom 2 (The Blue Bedroom - next to the main bedroom) has two single beds which can be prepared as a double bed
- Bedroom 3 (The Bunkbed Bedroom) has two bunk beds = 4 single beds
- Bedroom 4 (The Pink Bedroom) has two single beds and one with a single bed drawer
- Bedroom 5 (The Second Master Suite) has a King size double bed (200cm x 200cm), Smart TV, safe, desk space, bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower.
All the bedrooms enjoy direct access to the garden and swimming pool area, and have wardrobes, wooden shutters on the outside and inside linen curtains with electric blackout curtains, individual air conditioning, underfloor heating, and SONOS sound speaker.

A guest annex is located to the side of the main house and comprises two en-suite bedrooms:
- Bedroom 6 (The Third Master Suite) has a double bed, Smart TV, safe, and minibar
- Bedroom 7 (The Yellow Bedroom) has two single beds that can be prepared as double, one with an additional single bed drawer.
The bedrooms have an individual entrance and an interior door that can be used to separate the rooms or as a connecting door.  Both are equipped with air conditioning, underfloor heating, electric blackout blinds, and wooden exterior shutters.
The property's accommodation capacity is a maximum of 18 people.

The outdoor areas of Villa Aquamarine are truly magnificent and include another fully equipped kitchen with a 5-ring hob, electric oven, dishwasher, drinks fridge, ALFA pizza oven, Nespresso coffee machine, Becken ham slicer machine. The outdoor dining table seats 18 people and there is a counter with 6 stools.

The salt-water overflow swimming pool is lined with beautiful emerald-colored tiles and measures 20m x 5m with a depth of 1.60m and a small area of 30cm depth. Near the pool is located an outdoor bathroom with shower and natural light. The terrace around the pool is equipped with sun loungers, lounge chairs, and two BOSE outdoor speakers. Alongside the beautifully landscaped gardens are several areas for leisure and experiences, such as multi-purpose equipment for physical exercise, a wooden deck with an awning and electrical connection perfect for Yoga, Pilates, and meditation sessions, and a circular area with a wood-burning brazier surrounded by benches. The outdoor dining area includes a charcoal barbecue and a wooden table with seating for 18 people and is located near the orchard fruit trees and a small organic vegetable garden.
