Accommodation:

Living Area: The front door opens to a large open space with the dining area and the lounge on the right and the kitchen on the left. All areas enjoy breathtaking views over the ocean. To the right-hand side there is a dining table for 10 and next to it the lounge area with a Samsung smart TV and Sonos sound system. 

Kitchen: To the left-hand side there is a guest cloakroom, a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast area. There are 2 Kuppersbuch ovens and a microwave, 2 Siemens fridges and a freezer. The induction hob is also Kuppersbuch, a Delonghi coffee machine and a Smeg kettle and toaster. There is also a juice maker and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Bedrooms: On the grounde floor are located two double bedrooms. Bedroom one is a double bedroom with en-suite walk in shower and a Samsung smart TV, opening to the terrace and pool area with views over the sea.
Bedroom two is a double bedroom with king size bed; with walk in shower en-suite bathroom and bathtub, as well as a closet area. The bedroom opens to the pool area and has views over the sea.
Located in between the open plan dining and kitchen space, stairs lead to the lower floor. At the. bottom of the stairs is located bedroom three, with double bed and en-suite walk in shower, patio doors opening to the garden and Samsung smart TV. Next to it is located bedroom four with 2 double beds (150m width) and en-suite walk in shower, this bedroom also has direct access to the garden.
There is an extra small bedroom on this floor, with no natural light, and with one single bed.

Utility room: On the lower level, you have a laundry room with Siemens washing machine and dryer.

Exterior areas: The lounge and kitchen opens to the terrace with outside dining table for 10. There is also a relaxing area with 2 shaded large beds as well as 8 sun loungers. The exterior areas boast a large swimming pool (optional pool heating at extra cost), a spacious garden with a large trampoline ideal to keep children entertained.  * The villa is built on a slope and there are stairs from the lounge area to the downstairs area.
