Villa Inca Rose

The villa's bright and neutral living area is a spacious, open-plan room that includes a dining area and a large L-shaped sofa. A flat-screen TV, complete with Lazer TV Channels, is elegantly set within the expansive wall unit beside a cozy fireplace (perfect for the winter months). Two patio doors flood the space with natural light and provide access to the terrace and pool area. The dining area comfortably accommodates eight guests and opens to the pool/terrace area. Each side of this room is equipped with an air conditioning unit for your comfort.
Accessible from either the dining area or the entrance corridor, the kitchen features a neutral white design and comes fully equipped with modern appliances, including a Nespresso Delonghi Coffee Machine, Bosch oven, gas hob with extractor, Bosch dishwasher, toaster, juicer, hand blender, and fridge (with an additional freezer located outside by the BBQ and another in the utility room). A patio door in the kitchen leads to the outdoor BBQ area.

Villa Inca Rose boasts four ensuite bedrooms. On the ground floor, you'll find two bedrooms. The first opens to the back of the house and offers a twin (convertible to a double) configuration with bedside units, air conditioning, a spacious dark wood wardrobe, and an ensuite with a step-in shower. Bedroom 2, opposite this room, opens to the front of the house and features a double bed with bedside units, a large wardrobe, and an ensuite with a bathtub containing a hand-held shower.
Upstairs, you'll discover the remaining two bedrooms. To the right at the top of the stairs is the master bedroom, a spacious retreat with a king-sized bed, a desk, a small storage unit, two walk-in wardrobe sections, and a large ensuite bathroom with a separate bathtub and step-in shower. This room also boasts access to a generous terrace that spans the length of the house, overlooking the pool and garden-a true suntrap! Bedroom 4, on the left side at the top of the stairs, features a king-sized bed, bedside units, an ensuite with a step-in bathtub and shower, and a small private terrace at the front of the house. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units.

Villa Inca Rose offers a range of outdoor amenities for a perfect vacation experience. The spacious front courtyard, bordered by tall palm trees and vibrant bougainvillea, provides ample parking for up to three cars. At the rear of the villa, a large south-facing pool, surrounded by lush shrubbery, invites relaxation and sun-soaked enjoyment. An al fresco dining area features a Hergom gas BBQ, sink, and freezer, alongside a solid marble dining table for ten, wicker sofa seating, and sun loungers. For added entertainment, a discreetly placed table tennis table ensures hours of fun, making Villa Inca Rose an ideal retreat for both relaxation and recreation.

Quinta das Salinas is an exclusive, tranquil neighborhood centrally located between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, within walking distance of the ocean and Ancao beach, as well as the scenic Ria Formosa. You'll find an excellent selection of restaurants, shopping centers, cafes, bars, and leisure facilities just a short drive away from the villa. Plus, you're only a brief 280-meter walk from the wooden walkway, offering access to various Ria Formosa trails. From there, a 5-minute stroll to the left will take you to The Shack and Casa do Lago, while heading right leads to a variety of restaurants like The Bold Octopus, 2 Passos, Izzy's, and Julia's-all just steps away from your doorstep.
