Villa Iris

The entrance door of Villa Iris leads directly to the spacious living area, with full-length windows overlooking the swimming pool and the terrace.  Doors lead through to the open-plan dining area and contemporary kitchen, and separate laundry room. Also on the ground floor of the villa is an air-conditioned gymnasium with a steam room and various equipment including a running machine, weight benches, and with views over the swimming pool and terrace. On this level is a guest bedroom with twin beds and an adjacent shower room, and a guest cloakroom.

The first floor of Villa Iris houses the spacious master suite, with double wardrobes, an en-suite shower room, and doors to a private terrace with views to the swimming pool and of the golf course. Also located on this level are a further 2 guest bedrooms with twin beds, en-suite bathrooms, and private side terraces (all twin-bedded rooms can be made up as doubles if preferred upon request). 

The 5th bedroom is located on the lower level of the villa and has 2 twin beds (with windows to allow natural light), access to bathroom with shower and small kitchen.

The exterior areas of Villa Iris boast a private infinity style swimming pool (approximately 18x5 meters- heating is available for a weekly supplemental charge), there is an additional shallow pool section next to the main pool. The extensive terraces include a shaded area with a dining table and BBQ, a table tennis table, a pool table, and a Jacuzzi. A lawned garden surrounds the swimming pool and terrace and there is plenty of space for parking on the villa driveway, protected by electric entry gates.
