Villa Nephrite

Villa Nephrite is built on 3 separate levels: the entrance level, the ground floor with direct access to the swimming pool and gardens and the lower floor.

On the entrance level of the property are located the master en-suite bedroom with bath and shower, three double en-suite bedrooms and a beautiful open-plan office overlooking the open plan dining area.

Steps from the entrance level lead to the spacious ground floor which comprises of a large open plan lounge and dining area with direct access to the covered exterior lounging area, swimming pool and garden. On this level, you will also find a fully equipped modern kitchen.

The spacious lower level comprises a spa area with a sauna and one bathroom, and two further bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom has access to the spa bathroom).

The exterior of Villa Nephrite features a large swimming pool, a beautiful wooden pergola with sun loungers,  manicured lawned gardens with several terraces, an exterior dining area with Barbecue and a covered lounging area.
