The adjacent spacious dining section features a bar area, fireplace, and beautiful vaulted ceiling. Connected to the dining space, a fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry room provide practical amenities. These living spaces and kitchen offer seamless views across the pool terrace.

Embracing the authentic riad design, four additional bedrooms open directly onto the central courtyard, offering privacy and tranquility. Each of these bedrooms includes a king-size bed, en-suite shower room, cable television, underfloor heating, and air conditioning systems for year-round comfort.

Outdoor Spaces
The exterior terrace overlooks a substantial swimming pool measuring approximately 16 x 5.5 meters, accessible via a gentle descent from the main level. This south-facing outdoor area features a gas barbecue and ample space for dining and relaxation.
