Villa Sylvanite is located in an exclusive and very quiet residential neighborhood 3.5 km from the center of Cascais, but less than a kilometer away from all the stores.  The lovely beach in Cascais and the beach in Guincho are less than a 10-minute drive away.

The 2,000 m2 garden is a great playground for children who will also appreciate the 9-meter-long oval swimming pool. The outdoor spaces are particularly well equipped, allowing you to make the most of the region's pleasant, mild climate: covered porch with garden furniture, dining area under the pergola.

This spacious villa is a real family home, tastefully decorated, warm and welcoming, with top-quality amenities, it can easily house a large family, whilst respecting the comfort and privacy of each.

• Bedroom 5: two 90 cm beds and + two extra beds if needed
• Bedroom 6: two 90 cm beds

Basement-level but with large windows/doors leading to the garden:

• Bedroom 7: play-room or dormitory-style room (up to 4 extra 90 cm beds), shower room with shower and WC

A barbecue, a ping-pong table, and children's toys are available for use. There is enough space to park 6 cars on the property.

* Linens, sheets, and towels are provided. The beds will be freshly made on arrival. You will find toiletries in the bathrooms and a gourmet food basket in the kitchen.

NB: 

• The weekly rate quoted is up to 10 guests  
• An additonal fee of ?875 per week applies for each extra bed for up to 18 guests
• The weekly rate includes 5 hours daily cleaning (general housekeeping) from Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays
