Villa Annivite is a newly refurbished two-level villa near Vale do Lobo resort, sleeping 8–10 guests in a quiet position facing the sea. Traditional in design, with natural fabrics and quality furnishings throughout, its architecture was designed to fill the house with light, overlooking the Mediterranean garden, swimming pool, and sea.
A large wooden entrance door opens to an elegantly decorated
sitting area with an open log fireplace, electric curtains, and a
sea-view terrace. Sliding doors lead through to a second living and
dining area with a gas fireplace, cable TV, electric roof, ceiling
heaters, and a dining table seating ten. Off the entrance hall, a
wooden panel conceals a bar with a wine fridge and a mini fridge,
alongside the guest cloakroom. The left wing houses a laundry room
with two Bosch washing machines and a dryer.
The Keith Alexander kitchen features white stone worktops, an Ilve
electric oven with an eight-burner gas hob, Siemens fridge, Smeg
dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and Alessi kettle, toaster, juicer,
and blender, plus a round breakfast table for four. An adjoining
pantry holds a Smeg side-by-side fridge freezer, a second Smeg
oven, a Kenwood mixer, and a sink.
All living areas on this level open onto a sea-view terrace with
outdoor furniture, a table for eight, three sun umbrellas, and a
gas barbecue near the kitchen.
The master suite occupies its own space on this floor, with a
private terrace with sun beds facing the sea. It features a 2m x 2m
bed, wooden flooring, electric curtains and mosquito nets, an
outdoor electric awning, a dressing area with open wardrobes, a
safe, and an en-suite bathroom with separate WC, double vanities,
walk-in shower, and freestanding bath.
A staircase leads down to four further bedrooms, all with air
conditioning and wooden floors, plus a hall with a kitchenette
cupboard containing a Nespresso machine, fridge freezer, and small
dishwasher.
Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed (180cm), cable TV, a wardrobe, and
an en-suite shower room with an electric towel rail. Bedroom 3 has
twin beds that can be made up as a double, a wardrobe, and an
en-suite shower room, and connects to Bedroom 4, a smaller double
(150cm) with a chest of drawers, ideal for children or a nanny.
Bedroom 5 has a king-size bed (180cm), dressing area, and en-suite
bathroom with both a shower and a freestanding bath.
Three of the bedrooms enjoy sea views and direct access to the
pool terrace a few steps below, with electric blackout curtains,
individual air conditioning, and underfloor heating.
Beside the pool, a covered lounge area includes two sofas, three
armchairs, a round table for four, a tall table with three stools,
a mini fridge, and a sink. The salt-treated pool measures 12m x 5m
(depth 1m-2m) and has a cover, with pool heating available at extra
cost. The surrounding terrace is equipped with ten sun loungers, a
further table for four, and two sun umbrellas, while the garden
offers several additional spots for relaxation.
Set in Ancão, moments from Vale do Lobo resort and midway to
Quinta do Lago, Villa Annivite enjoys one of the Golden Triangle's
most sought-after positions. The beach and the well-known
restaurants 2 Passos and Bold Octopus are within walking distance,
while the nearby wooden boardwalk leads to Quinta do Lago's lake
(Casa do Lago and The Shack), Quinta do Lago beach (Gigi's), and
Garrão beach with its own selection of restaurants, including
António Ta Certo. The area is ideal for family holidays, close to
the Algarve's finest beaches, golf courses, and dining, with Faro
Airport around 20 minutes by car.
