Villa Aragonite

Villa Aragonite is built over 3 levels, with a lower level, ground floor, and first floor. 

The ground floor level of the Villa comprises of the open plan living and dining areas with Bose sound surround system, the fully equipped kitchen of contemporary style and the guest cloakroom. Also located within this level are guest bedrooms one and two (one with singles beds, and the other with a double bed), both with ensuite shower rooms

The first floor level of Villa Aragonite comprises of a spacious study with comfortable sofas and fax machine, as well as bedrooms three and four. The Master bedroom (bedroom three) has a double bed, a flat-screen TV, walk-in wardrobe, an ensuite bathroom with full-sized bath and separate shower unit, and access to the shared terrace which benefits from beautiful views of the golf course and the ocean beyond. The fourth bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom, and patio doors access the shared terrace.

The lower level of the villa includes a sauna with adjoining shower room, a table tennis table, a 5th small bedroom with 3 single beds (ideal for a nanny), a shower room and the laundry room.

The beautiful outside areas of Villa Aragonite feature the south facing swimming pool (14x6 meters) and a built-in hot tub. The covered exterior dining and lounging areas, overlooking the pool and golf course, are beautifully equipped and include a gas barbecue. AL 56/13
