Villa Sylvanite is located in an exclusive and very quiet
residential neighborhood 3.5 km from the center of Cascais, but
less than a kilometer away from all the stores. The lovely
beach in Cascais and the beach in Guincho are less than a 10-minute
drive away.
The 2,000 m2 garden is a great playground for children who will
also appreciate the 9-meter-long oval swimming pool. The outdoor
spaces are particularly well equipped, allowing you to make the
most of the region's pleasant, mild climate: covered porch with
garden furniture, dining area under the pergola.
This spacious villa is a real family home, tastefully decorated,
warm and welcoming, with top-quality amenities, it can easily house
a large family, whilst respecting the comfort and privacy of
