sub-tropical garden filled with palmtrees, bougainvilleas, fruit
trees and a large variety of colourful exotic plants, lovingly
nurtured for over 50 years. The plot is located amongst fields
filled with olive and almond trees. The build of the house is
distinctive and fitted with all modern conveniences.
The impressive 150m long driveway surrounded by over 130 cypress
trees, leads up to the 50-year-old colonial-style luxury
villa. Villa Alexandrite is built on one level and was been
completely renovated during 2015/2016 with use of contemporary and
authentic materials. A wide, arched veranda with a massive outdoor
table overlooks the lavish 13x5 meters swimming pool with
comfortable deck chairs, large parasols and a view of the
garden and sea. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large ivy covered
terrace with a built-in outdoor BBQ.
Villa Alexandrite includes a large, fully equiped kitchen, a
living room with a fireplace, satelite TV, Sonos sound system and a
large dining area. There are three large double bedrooms with air
conditioning, satellite TV, a closet safe and an en suite spacious
bathroom including wash basins, a seperate shower and toilet. One
of these bathrooms also includes a large bath and a bidet. The
other 2 airconditioned bedrooms share one bathroom with
a washbasin, a shower and a toilet.
Across the inner courtyard, at the front of the house, is the
spacious playroom with snooker table. There is a seperate
laundryroom with a washingmachine, dryer and iron available.
All bathrooms and the kitchen have been constructed with
polished micro cement, each in their own colour. The living room
has a Sonos sound system and satellite TV.
At the East-side of the house there is a pétanque court for
families to enjoy a nice game in the lush surroundings. A table
tennis table is available with bats and balls. Around the pool are
large parasols with comfortable cushioned deck chairs. Diving
goggles, pool floats and other swimming pool accessories are also
on hand.
