On the ground level of the Villa, there are three double bedroom suites each with its own direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. Also on the ground level with direct access to the terrace/pool is a large double bedroom en-suite annex.
On the first level the entrance hallway, with cloakroom, leads to a large sitting room, steps to the dining room, kitchen and utility room. There are two double bedroom suites one with access to the large terrace, the other with its own balcony. On the top level of the Villa, there are four bedroom suites, one of which has its own large balcony.
The exterior areas of Villa Quicksilver include beautifully landscaped gardens include a lawn area with fruit trees, a large swimming pool (heated optional), a children's pool, a badminton/volley court, a BBQ and outdoor kitchen area with fridge, dishwasher, and seating for 20 guests. Next to the BBQ area beneath a pergola is the Jacuzzi ideal unwind taking in the relaxing surroundings. At the front of the villa is the ample private parking accessed through electrically controlled gates.
