The first floor of Villa Florentine showcases an open space design with a modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, including an American double fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, and toaster. The area also features a contemporary living room and a dining area with a table and chairs for 8 people, creating an inviting space for morning coffee or leisurely dinners. East and westward-facing terraces provide fabulous views of Salema Beach's coastline, the village, and fishing boats.

To the left, the master bedroom offers a large double bed, flat-screen TV, en-suite bath/shower room, steam bath, and a standalone bathtub, all with breathtaking water views. All areas have natural light and access to a large terrace overlooking the coastline and Salema Beach.

On the lower floor, one bedroom with a large double bed, flat-screen TV, and an en-suite shower room has direct access to the property's enclosed parking area.
