Perched along the seawall, the terrace provides a unique experience, creating an illusion of residing directly upon the ocean. A discreet door opens to an additional rooftop terrace, a secluded spot where, many years ago, the owner listened to townsfolk singing songs dedicated to local fishermen at the church of "A Nossa Senhora dos Navegantes."

White House:
Situated in front of the property, the White House reinterprets the distinctive character of the main house with a more contemporary aesthetic. It features a duplex suite with a living room and terrace on the lower level, an ensuite bedroom upstairs, and a separate self-contained studio with a bedroom, shower room, and balcony. Whitewashed wooden floors and splashes of color throughout the annex create a fresh, airy ambiance and an effortlessly stylish setting, making it an ideal space for younger family members seeking their own retreat.
