Villa Ocean is entered by a secured gated driveway to the front of the property, the generous main entrance Italian vaulted door opens into the expansive open plan living/dinning area with180 degree sea view, with a Baby Grand Piano and access to the covered Alfresco dining areas. The covered terraces has gas BBQ and dinning tables. The living room has full Sky package available, Blue Ray and Bose sound system.

The spacious kitchen has been designed to comprise the latest in technology with an inside breakfast bar and grill facility. Adjacent to the open plan living/dining area is a double bedroom suit with walk-in dressing area and en-suite bathroom with bathub.

The entertainment space on the lower level can be accessed by the main staircase. Comprises of a siting area, fully equipped gymnasium, one shower room next to the Gym, a pool table and a bar. Utility room.
Also on this floor is located the Gold suite, with double bed en-suite bathroom and plasma TV; the expansive African suite with unique motorized glass ceiling which opens at the touch of a button allowing bathing under the stars in true James Bond style. Double bed and dressing room, 2 additional suites both with double beds are individually designed.

Facing the pool, there is the guesthouse. Upstairs is the lounge area with covered terrace and stunning sea views. On the ground floor there are 3 suits, one with twin beds and the other with double beds. All the bedrooms have TV.

The outside area of villa Ocean is a truly magnificent; steping outside to the infinity pool where is located the Jacuzzi and the pool bar. Plenty of sunbeds are available as well as 2 double beds, one with a permanent shade. Extensive wood decking provides more than enough lounging space set in mature gardens with manicured lawns.
