The exterior area of Villa Osmium comprises of the private swimming pool (10x4 meters / 0.8 to 1.2 meters deep) with roman steps, a beautiful garden and several covered and uncovered terraces with outdoor dining Barbecue area. There is direct access to the beach from a small gate located at the end of the garden.

A baby cot and highchair are available upon request (free of charge).
Changeover day is Saturday (except for the months of November and December where the changeover day is flexible)
The check-in time is 16:00 and the check-out time is until 10 am. 
There are some unprotected drops from various terraces and around the swimming pool - young children need to be supervised at all times.
The pool was newly constructed in 2016 so the gardens are not yet fully matured.
