Villa Thulite

Villa Thulite consists of three separate houses. In the elevated part of the plot is the main house with five bedrooms and three bathrooms and the two bedroom annexes are located at each side of the main house on the lower part of the plot and each have two bedrooms.

The main house comprises of the open space lounge area with fireplace, the dining area with sitting for 10 guests and the modern and fully equipped kitchen with separate laundry room. Also located within the main house are the master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms and two double bedrooms one of which with en-suite bathroom.  Both the master bedroom and one of the double bedrooms offer beautiful sea views.

The main house's exterior space benefits from a spacious Barbecue and outdoor dining area with stunning sea views.

Each of the annexes offer similar accommodation spaces, each have open plan lounge and dining area with modern kitchen, a master bedroom, a further twin bedroom which can be made up as a double, one spacious bathrooms and balconies with outdoor breakfast.

Villa Thulite is surrounded by beautiful paths and landscaped gardens with orchards and a vineyard.  The exterior areas feature an enchanting lake with its own private beach, a beach volleyball court and a large pool with bar and Barbecue area.
